Dear movie junkies! We´re having a movie night on the 15th of February. „Maikäfer flieg“ („Fly Away Home“) created by the famous Austrian author Christine Nöstlinger is about a family in Vienna at the end of the Second World War. After a dramatic bombing raid has destroyed their home, the mother of two young girls accepts an offer of Mrs. von Braun, the widow of a National Socialist, to move to a villa. Right after the war ends, the father returns to his family heavily injured and Russian soldiers occupy the villa…
