There are as many different types of Knödel as there are fish in the sea, but you already know that! In our workshop we will concentrate on how to prepare one of them: Semmelknödel. Did you know that the word Knödel is German and derives from the Latin word nodus (knot)? Thanks Wikipedia! So come on over to the HTU's kitchen in Rechbauerstrasse 12 on Friday, April 5th and join us in our ESN Knödel-Workshop.
