On the 5th of May 1945 the concentration camp Mauthausen was liberated by allied armies.

We will visit the Mauthausen Memorial on the day of its liberation in order to learn about this tragic episode of Austrian history and to commemorate the victims of the holocaust in Austria and worldwide.

 

After a guided tour through the area of the former concentration camp, we’ll visit the

beautiful city of Linz.

 

Approximate timetable:

08:00 - Meeting point in Graz, Franz-Graf-Allee

12:00 - Guided tour at Mauthausen Memorial

15:00 - Departure to Linz

15:30 - Arrival in Linz, short tour and free time to get food and drinks

18:00 - Departure to Graz
