In cooperation with the Foodsharing Network in Graz, we proudly present: The ESN/Foodsharing Knödel-Workshop. Learn how to prepare one of Austria's most popular side dishes in the course of an interactive and informative afternoon. Get to know the Foodsharing Network in Graz and learn about various possibilities to save food. During the workshop you will learn how to cook the Austrian side dish Semmelknödel. We will introduce the Foodsharing Network in Graz and the FAIRteiler boxes that are placed throughout the city of Graz. We want to start a dialogue about the wasting of food and how to counteract it. We are looking forward to learning about your views!
