Join us for a city tour to get to know your new home town Graz! Explore the city’s narrow lanes and picturesque courtyards with Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture and you’ll see why the historical centre of Graz is one of Europe's best-preserved ones! Due to its excellent state of preservation, the old town of Graz was given the title "world cultural heritage" by the UNESCO in 1999. On the other side, Graz is known for its lively scene of contemporary architecture and design. Therefore, Graz got the title “City of Design” by the UNESCO in 2011.
After our city tour it would be nice to have a chat, a drink and/or some food together to get to know each other. Please tell us (when you sign up) if you liked to join us so we can organize a place with enough space for all of us in a typically Styrian restaurant! ;)
WHEN: Sunday, October 4th 2015
MEETING POINT: 13:30 - Hauptplatz, outside in front of the town hall/Rathaus (the tour will last for approximately 2,5h)
COSTS: 2€ with valid ESN-card (photo!), 5€ without ESN-card. Please pay in our office hours!
